Do you buy old laptops?

We take in laptops of any age or condition, and we pay for the ones that still have resale value. Older laptops with no market value are still welcome, and the data on every device is always erased or destroyed. Tell us what you have on our quote form to find out what yours are worth.

How do I get a quote for my used IT equipment?

Fill out the form on our Sell Us Your Stuff page with your equipment list or details. Once we have that information, we'll send you a free quote within 24 hours.

Can I send you a spreadsheet of my equipment?

Yes. Our quote form has an optional upload field where you can attach your equipment list as a spreadsheet or PDF. Sharing your list helps us put your quote together.

Do you pay for all IT equipment?

We pay for items that have resale value. Equipment with no market value is still accepted, and we always handle the data erasure and destruction for it. Request a quote to find out which of your items have resale value.

Is there a fee to recycle IT equipment?

Disposal fees are rare. They only apply to a few items, such as old CRT TVs. If you have questions about a specific item, just ask when you request a quote.

Will you take old or broken computers?

Yes. We take in IT equipment of any age or condition. Many companies only want newer gear, but we're happy to take your older and non-working equipment too.

Do you buy used servers and networking equipment?

We accept servers and networking equipment of any age or condition, and we pay for items with resale value. Send us your list through the quote form and we'll tell you what it's worth.

Do you accept old cell phones and tablets?

Yes, we accept phones and tablets along with the rest of your IT equipment. Devices with resale value are paid for, and the data on every device is always erased or destroyed.

Data Security

How is data erased from hard drives?

We use NIST 800-88 certified data erasure. Data erasure and destruction are handled for every device we receive, whether or not it has resale value.

Do I get a certificate of data destruction?

Yes. Each job comes with a serialized certificate of erasure, and we also provide an R2 certificate of destruction. These give you documentation for your records.

How do you track my devices?

We log the serial number of every device we receive. That gives you a clear chain of custody for your equipment.
