How We Handle Value and No-Value Items
Items with resale value
We pay for items with resale value. Your quote, delivered within 24 hours once we have your product details, reflects those items.
Items without resale value
Not every device has resale value, and we won't pretend otherwise. Those items still get the same secure data handling as everything else, followed by responsible recycling.
Rare disposal fees
Disposal fees are rare. They apply only to a few items, such as old CRT TVs.

Serial numbers logged for every device received
NIST 800-88 certified data erasure
Physical destruction when a drive can't be wiped
A serialized certificate of erasure with each job
R2 certificate of destruction provided
